Under the bridge II

Quite a productive photo session today. Over 120 pictures taken. Ok, so there's only 5 or 6 I'm quite happy with. Still not too bad for 2.5 hours walk.

After a cold snap last week (-2 C being really cold in London) spring has finally arrived. It's now official. It was 18C today - I feel like I'm getting back to life slowly. About time - I felt rather miserable in the last few wintery months. But it's over now!!

Anyway, enough about the weather. Here's today's pic:

This is a really good combination of lights and shadows, and the converging lines give a very strong sense of perspective.

What camera do you use Greg? I'm just wondering because 120 shots has to be on digital. I really need to get a digital camera - I really crave being able to take that many.

Nice composition. I love the colors as well. Also, great feeling of emptiness in the shot.

Thanks for the comments guys. As for the questions about the camera - I primarly use an Olympus C-5060 (I love the puppy). A few weeks ago I bought myself an Olympus C-765 as my pocket camera (more of a bag camera really) that I try to carry everywhere I go.
