Best picture. Now what?

I'm really happy with the Canary Wharf picture. In fact, I think it's the most dramatic of all the ones I've taken yet. It's strange how posting a really good picture can stress you in a way. "Oh, what am I going to post now... I don't have any pics that would be equally good. It's all going to go downhill from here...". Interesting how your mind plays tricks on you - creating stories, caring and thinking too much, playing games... Would be so cool to switch it off from time to time. And just go with the flow...

interesting because when the page popped up i said, woah, holy crap!! awesome image. then i read your comments and thought, man is he reading my mind and posting my thoughts? there is a strange pyschology with posting these images that WILL eventually drive us all mad and insane. i know that thought of posting an image you're really satisfied with, and then going, so, now how do i top this? well i think you pulled it off extremely well here. the lighting and non-lit parts in this photo are just fantastic. stunning textures and patterns. reminds me of a piece by the great hr giger.

Stunning shot, the lighting is just perfect - I love all that cable detail on the wall on the left - very nice.

Your pics are all great man, I like the Canary Wharf shot a lot but it's not like it's the only standout here. Keep taking shots and try not to think about it, over-thinking just screws you up.

Okay, the Canary Wharf shot was awesome but this is great too. The light's just perfect, great composition as well. I know what you mean about trying to live up to great shots you've taken though; you've just got to keep shooting and see what happens I guess.

i must say i like this one even better than the canary wharf. it is a little like geiger's or beksinski's paintings, it's even better 'cause it's real :)
