Waiting for the summer…

I’ve had enough of the English winter. I feel totally drained out of energy. Would love to just sleep through the remaining month or so. I’m struggling to find any inspiration for pictures as well. Would you even consider getting out of bed in a weather like this?

I think these photographs are wonderful items of art. The 'blur' factor on the top half of this shot is a good idea, bringing forward the subjects that matter the most so the eye doesn't get distracted.

Beautiful - keep 'em coming!

It's worth going out in weather like that if you can get a shot like that. Nice color and I agree with what athene19 said about the "blur factor". I like this photo a lot.

Thanks for your comments guys. It was snowing, wet and generally miserable when the shot was taken. Because of the snow the buildings in the distance were actually kind of blury. It was then enhanced in PS.

Once again thanks for the comments - it's to a large degree because of them that I get my a** (excuse my language) out of the door and go "hunt" for pictures...

What a beautiful, moody scene. You've taken something very mundane and made it sublime with this shot. Great work.

Like everybody already said the blur effect is great... added to the rain/snow that you captured so well, it gives a very moody shot (very London style!). Love it!

I can't even imagine how you could improve on this.

I'm sure you wouldn't mind if I added a link to your site on www.jlspurling.com.
